The office staff is here to serve the needs of the Membership and assist
in any way they can.
Covenants and Restrictions are given to each
new property owner. If your real estate agent has not supplied you with this
booklet, stop by the Woodside Plantation Property Owners' Association (WPPOA) office for
your copy.
All property owners are invited to attend an Annual
Meeting held every September. Notification is sent out a month in advance.
All members of the Board are elected by the property owners at the September
meeting. The
2015 Annual Meeting is scheduled
for Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the Woodside Country Club.
The
board of directors of the WPPOA holds monthly meetings.
They are scheduled for the third Monday of each month at the Property Owners Office at
3:00
p.m.

Please check with the WPPOA office to confirm the dates--they are subject
to change. All members are cordially invited to attend.
Mailboxes and lettering can be ordered
through the Property Owners Office. A replacement mailbox is $40.00
and if you replace the
street number and address, the lettering is $10.00. Full installation of mailbox, post, lettering and installation labor is
approximately $170.00. For further information,
contact the WPPOA Office. Please give us at least a two-week notice.
Assessments are billed out in
mid - December of each year and are payable by the end of
first day of March. The amount is
set by the board of directors each year. The assessment for
201 is $770 for a dwelling (a house with a
roof, windows and doors) and a lot is $385.
